    Interesting to hear exactly how exercise affects the brain. I had heard already that exercising improves memory, but I had no idea that it can affect hippocampus size, which would them improve memory.

    Also, it’s refreshing to hear some of the good news regarding the aging brain and ability to handle complex thinking/reasoning. It seems that all you hear about is how older people are “slower” and have trouble remembering things. The research on narcissistic acts and age was also interesting. Perhaps there’s a connection between these narcissistic/non-narcissistic acts and Erickson’s stages (specifically the generativity v stagnation stage).
