I¡¯m delighted that I've noticed this weblog. Finally something not a junk, which we undergo incredibly frequently. The website is lovingly serviced and stored as much as date. So it must be, thank you for sharing this with us.

I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?

I'd be happy to do this Eric. I have a recent article on "memory issues" that was published in the Psychotherapy Networker. This might be a fun article to post. The link is as follows:

http://www.psychotherapynetworker.org/magazine/currentissue/1096-case-study

It is labeled as a case study, but it has more to offer than a single case. I'll also attempt to place a guest post on your site.

Thanks for your note Ingrid. There is a lot of press today about the Mediterranian diet, but my thinking is the best think we can do, given the Okinawa aging study is start eating more Tofu....I've started to integrate Tofu into a lot of my foods. It is a versatile product.

Great thoughts Karen, exercise is important and shouldn't be underestimated, even if it is modest. I think the human body was not made to be sedentary.

I really enjoyed these videos. In particular, I enjoyed the clip about the man who has an extraordinary ability with calendars, and I thought that the name remembering techniques were quite good. I am also one who forgets names easily, so these will be used often for me. Maybe not the last one involving water in the head.

I don't think that a lot of people realize that excercise can be linked to a healthy brain. When I think of excercise, I automatically think about physical benefits. Once I started thinking about how good exercising makes me feel and how I can think clearer after I've ran or done some form or excercise, it makes sense that having an active lifestyle can also contribute to having an active and healthy brain.
